01What Wardory is
Wardory is a personal style archive where you save the outfits you wear with a photo, search your history in plain language and make shareable collages from the looks you choose. Wardory is developed and provided by Durdu Mehmet Keskin.
Wardory is currently in early access and free. If paid features are added later, we will announce them in advance and clearly; no fee is charged without your agreement.
Wardory can be used from anywhere in the world, though not every feature may be offered in every country at the same time. These terms apply wherever you live; the rights that the laws of your country give you and that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
02Your account
- You open your account with your Google or Apple account, or with an e-mail and password; keeping that account and the password secure is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 13 to use Wardory. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are under your country's age of digital consent (between 13 and 16), you need your parent's permission. If you are a minor where you live, you should read these terms with your parent or guardian and accept them with their approval.
- Your account is personal; you cannot transfer it to someone else.
- You can close your account at any time with Settings › Delete account; your data is deleted as described in thePrivacy policy.
03Your content is yours
The photos and notes you upload and the share images you create belong to you. You give us only the non-transferable, non-exclusive permission needed to provide the service: to store them, show them to you, make them searchable, label them with AI, and prepare share images when you ask. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
We don't use your content in advertising, don't sell it and don't show it for promotional purposes without your explicit permission. Your looks are visible only to you by default.
04AI
The photo of every look you save is labeled automatically by AI with its colors, garments, occasion and style. The labels are for search, similar looks and color palettes; they can be wrong and do not replace styling, health or any other advice. The AI does not write to you and takes nothing about your face, body, age or surroundings. We explain what data is sent in thePrivacy policy.
05Daily allowances
To keep the service fast and sustainable for everyone, some actions have a daily limit:
- 20 searches a day,
- 20 share images a day.
Renders that fail don't count against your allowance. Allowances renew every day at midnight (UTC). We may change the limits with advance notice.
07Rules of use
When using Wardory, you agree not to:
- upload or share someone else's photo without their permission,
- upload content that is illegal, obscene, hateful or infringes other people's rights,
- strain the service with automated tools, try to get around the limits, test its security or reverse engineer it,
- try to access someone else's account or pretend to be someone else.
08Suspension and closure
If you breach these terms seriously or repeatedly, we may suspend or close your account. A suspended account cannot sign in; your data is not deleted, and everything is in place once the suspension is lifted. Where possible we tell you in advance and explain why. If you want to challenge one of our decisions, write to us.
09Changes to the service
Wardory keeps developing; we may add, change or remove features. If we have to end the service entirely, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, so you can download your share images and close your account. If these terms change, we update the date at the top; we announce significant changes in the app or by email.
10Liability
We try to keep the service working carefully and continuously, but during early access there may be interruptions and errors; we provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for content shared by you or by third parties.
This limitation does not cover liability arising from intent or gross negligence, from death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot be limited under the laws of your country. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
11App stores
If you downloaded Wardory from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. These terms are between you andDurdu Mehmet Keskin; Apple or Google is not a party to them and is not responsible for supporting the app. If these terms conflict with the store's terms, the store terms' mandatory provisions prevail.
12Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
However, as a consumer you keep these rights:
- If you live in Turkey, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live within the monetary limits, and above them to the consumer court where you live.
- If you live in another country, you benefit from that country's mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be waived by contract; where the law allows, you can go to the courts of your own country.
If we have a dispute, write to us first; we can solve most problems by talking directly. If translations of these terms are published, the Turkish text prevails where a translation and the Turkish text differ; this English text is such a translation.
